  1. Send your request with the form.
  2. We confirm availability and the total price, usually the same day.
  3. A 30% deposit secures your dates. The balance is due 30 days before arrival, together with the CA$1,000 security deposit, refunded after your departure.

Where is the villa located?

In the Sosúa Ocean Village resort, in Sosúa, Puerto Plata province. Playa Alicia, downtown Sosúa and Cabarete are all nearby.

Are pets allowed?

No, no pets are allowed in the villa, without exception.

Is the golf cart included?

Yes, a golf cart is included during your stay for getting around the resort.

How do I confirm my booking?

Select your dates and send your request by WhatsApp or email. The owner confirms availability, the amount and the terms before any commitment. You can also book on Airbnb.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, a CA$1,000 security deposit is required. The details are given with the confirmation of your stay.

Are all the resort facilities included?

The resort's facilities and services may have their own conditions and fees. Confirm the access you want before your stay.

Can we come as a family?

The villa welcomes families and groups of up to fourteen people. Tell us the number of adults and children so we can confirm the sleeping arrangements.
